The main driver behind setting up PATHWAYS LDN was to empower people to contribute to their communities and to their own personnel development.
The overriding objective of PATHWAYS LDN is to help people arrive at their desired destinations in life including making the transition from worklessness to work.
We support people into employment and training based on our relationships with a number of third sector, private companies and public sector organisations through providing skills analysis, comprehensive assessments, training and development opportunities.
To ensure people can stay in work we focus particular attention on building professional relationships with our employer partners so that we can manage and fill their vacancies with keen, passionate and can-do people at no cost to the employer.
