About You: You will be a skilled and experienced trainer who is comfortable creating course materials, drawing on their expertise delivering high quality health and social care training.  You will be instrumental in the organisation, driving the technology strategy and providing digital skills coaching to internal and external stakeholders.

The Job

Delivery & Assessment
  • Planning bespoke Health & Social Care training sessions
  • Delivery of bespoke and pre-planned training workshops via face to face 
  • Working with the Head of Quality and Assessment to develop training and assessment materials
  • Conducting learner initial assessments
  • Assessing learners on Health and Social Care qualifications (full training will be provided)

  • Act in accordance with all current and future policies, procedures, guidelines and relevant codes of practice, which aim to ensure the highest possible standards of professionalism including maintaining sensitive and confidential information securely, in accordance with relevant data and protection legislation
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries of confidentiality in relation to employees, Associates, and any other person(s) that may be concerned with Pathways LDN Ltd business.

Experience

Level 2 Maths and English
Training / teaching / facilitation
An understanding of adult & community/ further education sector
In-depth and current knowledge of Health & Social Care 
Delivering virtual training sessions
Delivering face to face training sessions
Has experience in health and social care teaching 
Designing course materials
Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
Personal Qualities and Skills
Level 3 Award in Education and Training
Use own initiative with a solution focused attitude
Promote and works in accordance with organisational values
Demonstrate a knowledge, understanding and personal commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion across all areas of work
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management with the ability to manage own training schedule
